What We Do
MEDS ON A MISSION AIMS to bring Healing . Health . Hope to Communities Through:
AWARENESS: Increase awareness of the growing epidemic of counterfeit / fake medications - the prevalence, challenges, and consequences of taking these medications
ADVOCACY:
A focus on the ongoing efforts and partnerships – locally, nationally, and worldwide to combat fake and counterfeit drugs
ACCESS:
Identify the progress, challenges, and opportunities to obtain effective and affordable medications – including patient assistance programs, how to obtain effective medications for medical missions, and policies
AIM:
Highlight and provide resources that promote effective medication management to improve people’s health outcomes - leveraging Medication A.R.E.A.S.* and other resources
